About Corynn

Corynn grew up in Collingswood, New Jersey, a small town right outside of Philadelphia. Her love of music and dance developed from a very early age, and she got the chance to learn the ropes of acting in the Collingswood Youth Theatre. Then, she moved on to perform in productions for the town’s theatre for many years.

At the same time, she sung in every choir available to her, excited to learn everything she could, and started to learn Colorguard in the school marching band. This athletic art was a huge part of her life through high school, as it enveloped her in the basics of dance, core strength, precision, and of course: spinning flags and weapons.

After high school, Corynn trained at The American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA) and grew immensely. As well as being strengthened vocally, she discovered her passion for all dance forms, including tap, ballet, and jazz. She trained with Famous Talent Management (FTM) as a model, learning runway technique, business of the industry, and commercial & fashion posing. She deeply thanks all of her directors through this journey, her Colorguard instructors for sparking the performer she is today, and all of her wonderful teachers at AMDA and FTM.

A Career as a Multi-hyphenate

As well as a performer, Corynn also stokes the fire of her careers in other aspects of the arts. This is why she calls herself a “Multi-hyphenate,” AKA an actor-singer-dancer-model-graphic designer-website developer-photo editor-etc. for the longer version. But Multi-hyphenate sounds better.

  • As well as an actor and artist, Corynn is a model specializing in commercial, beauty, and dance. She is currently represented non-exclusively by Dancho Models. Corynn’s modeling portfolio can be found in the Media page!

  • Corynn is incredibly passionate about graphic design, and creating art behind the scenes as well. She has designed logos, posters, and marketing art for plays, musicals, and showcases in NYC and NJ. See her art portfolio on the Media page!

  • Ever since she learned how to develop websites (like this one), website development has become another passion for Corynn. She now uses this skill to help other artists, people who are self-employed, and organizations who don’t know where to start or are looking for clear branding.

  • As an actor, Corynn has grown to often edit her own media, and her skills have become refined to a point where she is able to help others as well. She now edits clients’ photos and headshots so that they feel their best self is represented in their careers.
